While attending law school, I worked as an intern deputy district attorney who prosecuted traffic, DUI, and misdemeanor criminal cases, and I also worked for a prominent criminal defense firm on felony and misdemeanor cases. After graduation I worked again as a prosecutor before opening my own practice.

I have had extensive training in criminal investigations, traffic violations, DUIs, field sobriety testing/roadside maneuvers and Intoxilyzer breath testing.  I have put my training to work as a member of the Motorcycle Traffic Unit, as a Technical Accident Reconstructionist, a firearms and tactics instructor, have made countless DUI and criminal arrests, and conducted hundreds of investigations.

Simply put, I know the system from the inside out. The criminal justice system can be complicated and unnerving.  As a former police officer and prosecutor I know how the criminal justice system works and how to win.
